The platform

The category-defining platform behind eye and brain health

IntelliXR® combines the Ocunur headset, SDK, API, device management, and compliance framework in one platform, giving healthcare teams a complete foundation without building each layer separately.

The problem

3 in 4 medical device startups fail. IntelliXR® exists for the one that doesn’t.

Most teams spend 12 to 24 months on a foundation before they can prove clinical value, work that has nothing to do with their actual application. IntelliXR® bypasses 80% of that hardware development risk.

Hardware complexity

Infrastructure void

Scattered devices

Time to market

Integrating eye tracking and medical-grade optics is difficult on its own, before any application work starts.

No standardized middleware exists for clinical data capture.

Security, compliance, and device management remain major scaling hurdles.

Most teams spend 12 to 24 months proving a foundation before proving value.

IntelliXR® handles the infrastructure layer so your team can focus its innovation on the application layer.

Hardware

The Ocunur headset is made for precision sensing and visual stimulation, with purpose-made optics and sensors that deliver clinical accuracy.

  • Up to 3,000 nits of peak brightness, 1600 × 1600 resolution per eye at 90Hz
  • 70° diagonal field of view
  • Dual eye-tracking cameras, powered by Tobii
  • Anterior imaging for biomarker capture, with retinal imaging on the roadmap
The process

From headset to deployed application

Assembling a compliant platform stack from scratch means putting together hardware, middleware, device management, and compliance separately, then proving they work together. IntelliXR® removes that hassle and lets you focus on the change you are building.

Provision

Register the headset in device management.

Develop

Work with the SDK and API, hardware access included.

Deploy

Push to one device or a full fleet, same workflow.

Monitor

Track device health, updates, and compliance from one console.

Clinical evidence

What makes IntelliXR® stand out

Layer Market standard IntelliXR®
Headsets Pico, Meta, Samsung, consumer or general-purpose hardware, without regulated healthcare in mind A headset made specifically for clinical use
Device management Samsung Knox, IBM MaaS360, ArborXR, device management alone, no headset or SDK included Device management is part of the same system as the headset, SDK, API, and compliance framework
SDK and API Sold or licensed separately from the hardware, if available at all Included with every headset, eye imaging, gaze estimation, and sensor access ready from day one
Compliance Added separately, after the hardware and software are already in place In place at every layer from day one
Time to deployment 12 to 24 months building a foundation before proving clinical value 80% of that time saved, foundation already in place
Vendor relationship Multiple vendors, integrated and maintained by the customer One vendor, one accountable system
Delivery Point solutions, assembled and integrated by the customer One integrated platform
