This Privacy Policy applies to the IntelliXR® website and the online services offered through it (together, the “Site”) by CitrusBits Inc. (“CitrusBits,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and when we share it. By using the Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site. For the terms that govern use of the Site, please read our Terms of Use.
02Product data is covered separately
This policy covers information collected through the Site only. Data processed through IntelliXR® products, including the Ocunur headset, IntelliMDM, the SDK, and the API, is handled on behalf of our customers and is governed by each customer’s agreement with us. Those agreements may include a business associate agreement or a data processing agreement. If you are a participant or patient in a study or program that uses IntelliXR®, please contact the organization running that program about how your data is handled.
03Information we collect
You can browse most of the Site without giving us any personal information. We collect information in two ways:
When you visit the Site, your browser or device may share technical information with us, such as your IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, access dates and times, and the pages you visited before and after the Site.
Some parts of the Site ask for personal information through forms, for example when you request early access, book a demo, contact our team, subscribe to updates, or download a resource. The Site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals from browsers.

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, or as long as the law requires. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.

Our servers are located in the United States, and personal information collected through the Site is stored there. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. 15Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for professionals and organizations and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13 in a way that does not comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, we will delete it as soon as possible.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above and give notice where the law requires it. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
